OTOSUBS provides data-only travel eSIM services through licensed network partners. Coverage, speed and network technology depend on local operators and your device.

You are responsible for confirming your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase.

Plan validity, data allowance and top-up availability are as described on each package page at the time of purchase.

Agents and resellers are bound by the separate Agent Terms, including commission, refund clawback and payout conditions.

OTOSUBS is operated by OTOSUBS GROUP SDN BHD (SSM 202201026893), B2-6 Liberty Arc @ Ampang Ukay, Persiaran Ampang Ukay, 68000 Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia.

Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

Disputes: please contact support first so we can try to resolve the issue within 14 days. If it is not resolved, consumers may file a claim with the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (for eligible claims), and otherwise either party may refer the dispute to the courts of Malaysia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for network coverage, speed or availability provided by local mobile operators, or for losses caused by an incompatible or locked device.
